They are a dynamic team of passionate individuals committed to driving change and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and experienced Staff DevOps Engineer to join the team and help them scale their infrastructure.
We are looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to lead in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will play a crucial role in automating processes, optimizing performance, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using modern DevOps tools and practices.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and services.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend new tools and techniques to improve efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure role, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Strong experience in either Python, NodeJS, or Golang.
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
