As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and experienced Staff DevOps Engineer to join the team and help them scale their infrastructure.
We are looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to lead in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will play a crucial role in automating processes, optimizing performance, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of systems.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using modern DevOps tools and practices.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and services.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend new tools and techniques to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure role, preferably in a startup environment.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Strong experience in either Python, NodeJS, or Golang.
Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
