Role Overview

As a SyteLine Solutions Architect, you will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and optimising the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to meet evolving business needs. Your expertise will directly contribute to streamlining operations, enhancing system functionality, and ensuring sustainable technological advancements. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and development of SyteLine ERP solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system designs.
• Oversee the integration of SyteLine with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and optimisation.
• Provide guidance and technical leadership to support teams during system rollouts and updates.
• Ensure system architecture adheres to industry best practices and compliance standards.
• Support end-user training and develop comprehensive documentation for system processes.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience designing and deploying SAP or similar ERP systems, preferably SyteLine.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain processes, and ERP integration.
• Technical expertise in system architecture, database management, and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Certification or formal training in ERP systems or related fields is advantageous.
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Prior experience working in a global or complex organisational environment.
• Knowledge of additional enterprise software and automation tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies to lead or support system projects.
