Role Overview:
The organisation is expanding its project management capabilities to support ongoing growth and client demand. As a SyteLine Project Manager, you will be instrumental in leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. This role offers a chance to make a tangible impact, shaping the success of key initiatives and enhancing operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SyteLine ERP projects, coordinating between technical teams and clients.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively, providing clear communication to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise system configurations and workflows.
  • Monitor project progress, preparing status reports and presentations for executive review.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions to maximise user adoption and satisfaction.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects, specifically with SyteLine or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of liaising with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is preferred.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Prior experience working within a manufacturing or industrial organisation.
  • Knowledge of SQL, database management, or related technical skills.
  • Experience with change management and user training programmes.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
