Our Client, a leading organisation in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager specialising in Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) to lead a critical ERP implementation. Role Overview
This strategic appointment is driven by a key organisational initiative to enhance enterprise resource planning capabilities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing a complex, multi-faceted project that is vital for streamlining financial and procurement processes. The role is central to ensuring a seamless integration of systems, and delivering lasting value to our Client’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete project lifecycle management, from initial planning through to post-implementation support.
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, coordinate resources, and report on progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead the integration of financial modules (general ledger, accounts payable, receivable) with procurement processes such as sourcing and vendor management.
- Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, including finance and supply chain leadership, facilitating workshops and strategic discussions.
- Manage cross-disciplinary teams, including consultants, solution architects, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively to keep projects on track.
- Uphold standardised methodologies, quality assurance, and best practices throughout the project duration.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record managing Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP implementations, preferably within manufacturing environments.
- Strong expertise in financial systems and procurement integration, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of ERP workflows.
- Demonstrable experience working within consultancy or implementation partner contexts.
- Skilled in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
Preferred Attributes
- Knowledge of manufacturing sectors such as CNC machining or industrial manufacturing.
- Familiarity with the Infor ecosystem, including partner delivery models.
- Experience with ERP-related compliance and audit procedures.
Engagement Details
- Contract until December 2026, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
- Full-time commitment (approximately 40 hours per week).
- Hybrid working model: on-site involvement will be required initially for discovery phases, with flexibility thereafter.
- Immediate start highly preferred.
