Sr. Salesforce CX Transformation Lead

My client, a leading organization driving customer experience and digital transformation through Salesforce technologies, is looking for a Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to join their team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions that optimize the quote-to-cash process and enhance sales operations. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll play a key role in implementing best-in-class Salesforce capabilities while driving innovation across the platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, Flows, and test classes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Configure pricing rules, product rules, approval processes, and other Salesforce CPQ features.
• Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce products and third-party applications.
• Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while providing ongoing support for CPQ functionality.
• Ensure data integrity and support data migration activities across Salesforce environments.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements based on platform enhancements and best practices.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on Salesforce CPQ expertise.
• Proven experience implementing and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP) development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and Salesforce development best practices.
• Experience configuring pricing rules, product rules, approval processes, and CPQ automation.
• Understanding of Salesforce integrations, coding standards, security, and data management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification is highly desirable.
