iO Associates are partnered with an electric aviation OEM who need an MRB Structures Engineer to sit at the heart of their production operation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the person who keeps the production line moving by resolving nonconformances quickly, accurately and in full compliance with airworthiness requirements.

You will be:

Evaluating nonconforming parts and assemblies across composite and metallic structures, writing engineering dispositions, and representing MRB Engineering in Material Review Boards. You’ll work directly with Design, Stress, M&P and Quality teams on complex deviations, develop standard repair procedures, support RCCA and 8D root cause processes and provide technical guidance to the manufacturing floor and external suppliers.

You must have:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials Engineering
• 7+ years in aerospace MRB / production support engineering with direct disposition authority.
• Proven composite and metallic structures repair and disposition experience.
• Familiarity with Part 23 and/or Part 25 airworthiness-driven environments.
• Strong drawing interpretation, tolerance judgement and configuration control discipline.
• Working knowledge of CATIA/ENOVIA.
• Clear communicator who can work fast without sacrificing compliance.
