Senior Systems Engineer

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you’ll sit at the heart of aircraft development, owning system architecture from concept through integration, certification, and entry into service. You’ll influence design decisions that directly affect safety, performance, and regulatory approval, while mentoring engineers and shaping how systems engineering is executed at program level.
What you’ll bring:
- Lead systems engineering activities across requirements, architecture, integration, V&V
- Be the technical authority for system interfaces, dependencies, and performance
- Drive verification, validation, and safety assessments critical to certification
- Act as a bridge between engineering disciplines, program management, and regulators
- Shape engineering processes, mentor teams, and raise technical standards
What you’ll bring:
- Strong background in aircraft systems engineering within aviation/aerospace
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in systems engineering within the aerospace or aviation industry.
- Experience across certification, safety, and regulatory frameworks
- Confidence leading technical discussions and influencing stakeholders
- Fluent French is required (working language on the program)
- Proficiency in systems engineering tools and methodologies, including requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS), system modeling (e.g., SysML), and simulation software.
- Conversational French is required
