Senior Structural Analysis Engineer – Metallic / Part 23
Location: Florida (on-site)
Package: Up to $120k base + Extensive Benefits
I’m partnered with a reputable long standing aircraft OEM in Florida who are expanding their engineering group with a purpose built team for new programs.
We’re keen to speak with engineers who’ve built their career around small aircraft – piston and turboprop platforms, metal airframes, and the kind of practical, certification-minded engineering where your analysis directly influences design decisions.
You will be:
- Owning day-to-day stress and structural analysis across airframe structure (classic methods + FEA)
- Turning design changes, drawings, and in-service findings into clear engineering substantiation
- Writing high-quality analysis reports that engineers actually trust and can use
- Supporting test activity when needed (planning, witnessing, documenting, closing actions)
- Working closely with design, manufacturing and flight test in a genuinely cross-functional team
You must have:
- Strong general aviation structural analysis background – Part 23 experience essential
- Strong metallic primary and secondary structures background
- Hands on FEA experience
- Siemens NX understanding
- Sound engineering judgement: assumptions, margins, load paths and how to defend your approach
- Confidence communicating your work clearly to stakeholders
- US work authorisation (no sponsorship available)
If you want to work on real aircraft programs in a team that values practical engineering and clean substantiation, apply and send over your profile – I’ll share full details on the programme and interview process.
