Product Manager

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to research, develop, and own the roadmap for multiple product lines. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record of delivering impactful technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a fast-growing, early-stage technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap, including identifying market opportunities, conducting user research, and defining strategic direction.

• Drive key outcomes such as user conversion, product adoption, and delivery of new product capabilities.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product marketing to translate product vision into actionable features.

• Balance business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility to prioritize initiatives and ensure timely delivery.

• Champion user-centric design principles to create intuitive, secure, and scalable digital experiences.

• Track product performance using key metrics; analyze user behavior and leverage data to guide product decisions.

• Communicate product vision, progress, and challenges clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in startup or high-growth environments.

• Proven experience launching and managing digital products end-to-end.

• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting.

• Passion for innovation and improving customer experience through technology.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in regulated industries.

• Background delivering fintech, proptech, or similar products.

• Experience within B2B SaaS organizations.
