Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement responsive web applications using Vue.js and related technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into functional code.
• Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate them into projects.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Vue.js.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of web standards.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude towards mentoring others.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience with Vuex or similar state management libraries.
• Familiarity with backend technologies and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools would be an asset.
