Second line Support Engineer

Location Bremen, Germany

Duration 12 months

Are you passionate about keeping IT environments secure, efficient, and user-friendly? We are looking for a IT support Engineer to join our Digital Workplace Team and play a key role in managing and improving our Windows device landscape.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee endpoints, ensuring systems are up to date, secure, and optimised for daily use. You will also support users with more complex issues and contribute to documentation and automation initiatives that improve the overall IT experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in Windows client administration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MECM (SCCM), and Defender for Endpoint
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 11 environments
  • A structured, service-oriented mindset with basic ITIL knowledge
  • Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to improve processes
  • Fluent English and German
