Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect Health Cloud

My client is a California-based consulting company delivering cutting-edge digital solutions for clients in the Life Sciences and Pharma industry, helping organisations transform patient engagement, data intelligence, and healthcare operations through Salesforce.

They are currently looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect to join on a 12-month remote contract (USA-based), leading the design and delivery of scalable Health Cloud solutions.

You’ll play a key role in architecting and implementing enterprise-grade Salesforce platforms, working closely with stakeholders to drive innovation across Life Sciences initiatives.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications
• Develop and guide teams using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
• Leverage Einstein and Agentforce to build intelligent, data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and solutions
• Ensure best practices across development, deployment, and governance
• Mentor developers and act as a technical leader across projects

What you’ll need:

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience as a Lead or Architect
• Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
• Experience working within Life Sciences or Pharma industry (preferred)
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce architecture design
• Experience with Einstein and Agentforce capabilities
• Strong understanding of integrations and enterprise system design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead distributed teams in a remote environment
