What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a full-stack team focused on Python or Rust, helping them grow while delivering cutting-edge DeFi products.
• Architect high-throughput, resilient backend services, smart integrations, and responsive frontends interacting with blockchain networks and decentralized protocols.
• Collaborate with security, protocol, and research teams to ensure robust, secure, and production-ready systems.
• Stay hands-on with coding, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Build scalable systems that integrate with blockchain nodes, Layer 2 solutions, and DeFi protocols.
• Implement observability and operational practices to maintain production-grade reliability.

Who You Are

• Strong experience in Python or Rust, with a full-stack mindset (React or similar frontend frameworks a plus).
• Proven track record leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
• Passionate about blockchain, crypto, and DeFi, with understanding of smart contracts, tokenization, or Layer 2 solutions.
• Comfortable making architectural decisions for distributed, high-throughput systems.
• Skilled at building scalable APIs, distributed services, and responsive web interfaces.
• Collaborative, communicative, and experienced in guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
