We’re working with an established US avionics business – decades of product heritage, recently spun out and now independent, and rebuilding at real pace. It’s a rare combination: the stability and installed base of a known name, with the autonomy, speed and upside of a company being built again from the ground up.

They’re growing their programme management capability, and we’re looking for exceptional people to help lead it.

The person we’re looking for:

An engineer at heart who has grown into programme leadership – someone who understands the technology deeply, but leads the whole programme, not just the schedule. You own outcomes rather than administer them. You read both risk and opportunity early. And you do your best work when things move fast, priorities shift, and you’re trusted to make the call.

What you’ll bring

– A track record of owning complex programmes end-to-end – from development through certification and into service
– Real fluency in delivering within regulated, safety-critical environments
– The credibility to operate from the engineering detail up to executive and customer level
– A pragmatic, calm, decisive style that builds trust quickly across teams
