Role Overview
In response to strategic expansion, our Client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Report Developer to join their project team. This key position is integral to supporting a significant Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. Your work will directly influence the efficiency and accuracy of HR, payroll, and workforce management reports. This opportunity promises a role with real organisational impact, operating in a hybrid setting with flexible days, supporting a major digital transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and validate OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports across various HCM modules including Core HR, Time & Labour, Scheduling, and Payroll.
  • Design and create detailed reports such as payroll registers, timecard summaries, overtime, shift premiums, and compliance documentation.
  • Support system testing phases (SIT/UAT) and assist with post-deployment stabilisation activities.
  • Interpret complex business requirements and translate these into robust reporting functionalities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise reporting solutions that address evolving organisational needs.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, particularly Core HR, Time & Labour, Scheduling, and Payroll.
  • Solid understanding of payroll processing mechanics and time calculation rules.
  • Experience within healthcare or shift-based environments, with an understanding of overtime and compliance reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with OTBI and BI Publisher, including data modelling and bursting techniques.
  • Strong SQL skills enabling efficient data extraction and report development.
  • Knowledge of Fushion HCM data structures and subject areas.
  • Familiarity with the full lifecycle of reporting projects, including implementation phases.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience supporting complex HR reporting in healthcare or similar industries.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, effective reporting solutions.
  • Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments and supporting large-scale deployments.
