Role Summary:
Due to strategic expansion, Our Client is seeking to hire an experienced Okta Workforce Consultant. This pivotal role supports the organisation’s digital transformation initiatives by implementing and optimising Okta identity solutions. The successful candidate will play an integral part in enhancing operational security and efficiency, making this an exciting opportunity to influence key technological advancements within a forward-thinking organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their identity management needs and develop tailored Okta solutions.
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of Okta products within client environments.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for user provisioning, single sign-on (SSO), multifactor authentication (MFA), and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity and access management systems.
- Conduct training sessions and support onboarding for end-users and client technical teams.
- Document system architecture, configurations, and procedures to ensure smooth ongoing support and enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Okta technology and emerging identity management trends.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Okta consultant or in a similar identity and access management role.
- Able to go to office 1x per week in Wellesley Hills, MA.
- Strong technical knowledge of Okta products, including SSO, MFA, API integrations, and lifecycle management.
- Experience configuring and deploying Okta in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Good communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Professional or Specialist will be an advantage.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience with additional identity management tools or security platforms.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation related to Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Experience working in client-facing or consultancy roles.
- Awareness of compliance standards related to security and data protection.
