We are working exclusively with a leading innovator in next-generation aviation to find an experienced MRB Stress Engineer to join their growing production team on a permanent, onsite basis.

This is a high-impact position sitting at the intersection of quality, manufacturing, and structural engineering.
The Role
You will serve as a key technical resource within the MRB process, performing stress analysis on nonconforming composite and metallic parts and assemblies to support engineering dispositions and keep the production line moving efficiently. Specifically, you will:
  • Perform stress analysis of nonconformances of composite (and where required, metallic) parts and assemblies identified on the production line
  • Review Quality documentation and MRB Nonconformance Reports to determine the extent of defect and the appropriate analysis approach
  • Communicate NCRs clearly to Structures Stress team leads and escalate for additional technical support where needed
  • Collaborate with MRB liaison, M&P, Manufacturing Engineering and other engineering departments on complex or out-of-scope deviations
  • Apply knowledge of standard repair procedures for typical nonconformance occurrences
  • Compile NCR Stress Reports documenting the nonconformance incident, stress substantiation, assessment results and approval for acceptance or repair
What You Will Need
  • Green Card holders only – sponsorship is not available for this position
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Materials Engineering
  • 5+ years of professional Stress experience
  • Experience producing Stress Analysis Reports or structural substantiation documentation
  • Strong understanding of aircraft structures, design guidelines, and composite and metallic failure modes
  • Excellent communication skills across cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the drive to see solutions through to completion
Highly Desirable
  • Dedicated Aerospace MRB experience
