Role Overview
In response to ongoing growth and strategic initiatives, our Client is looking to appoint a motivated Sales Associate within their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central team. This pivotal role is designed to drive new business opportunities, support deal progression, and help build lasting relationships with organisations seeking ERP solutions. It offers a chance to work at the heart of the rapidly evolving SaaS and ERP landscape, making a tangible impact on clients’ digital journeys.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to identify and qualify potential clients for Business Central deployments and services
  • Manage and support the full sales process, from initial outreach and discovery to proposal development and deal closure
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and consulting teams to craft tailored proposals and demonstrations aligned with client needs
  • Conduct insightful discovery conversations to understand client challenges and showcase ERP value propositions
  • Develop and nurture a pipeline of prospects within targeted sectors such as manufacturing and distribution
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective clients, existing customers, and strategic partners in the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Keep accurate track of sales activities and manage opportunity data within CRM systems
  • Assist in marketing activities, including events and campaigns, to generate and nurture leads

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Between 2 to 5 years’ experience in ERP, SaaS, or technology sales
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP solutions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
  • Ability to interpret business processes and articulate solution benefits effectively
  • Experience in CRM system utilisation and managing a sales pipeline

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience in a consulting or ERP partner setting
  • Knowledge of industries like manufacturing, distribution, or professional services
  • Understanding of the complete ERP implementation lifecycle
  • Relevant Microsoft or ERP certifications (desirable but not essential)
