Contract: 15 Months

Rate: £38 Per Hour Inside Ir35

About the Opportunity

We are supporting a globally recognised manufacturer operating at the forefront of engineered products, known for delivering complex, high-quality solutions through precision manufacturing and continuous innovation. You will have broad exposure across the business, working closely with concept design, engineering, and operations teams across multiple projects. This is a hands-on role where you will influence how new products are built from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the creation and development of core manufacturing deliverables for each new model, including:

• Vehicle Assembly Concepts
• Developing concepts in a virtual environment and transitioning them into physical validation and delivery
• Process Sequencing & Documentation
• Defining sequencing, documentation, and product traceability aligned with existing and future production strategies
• Hours Per Car (HPC)
• Ownership and maintenance of HPC data for new model introductions
• Collaborating with Engineering and Operations to identify and resolve production bottlenecks

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar (or equivalent industry experience)
