Hi,

My client is a leading digital consulting firm and Salesforce Partner with a team of 270 certified consultants delivering large-scale, enterprise Salesforce programmes across the full ecosystem. They are looking for an experienced Lead Solution Consultant to join their team and take ownership of functional strategy across complex, multi-cloud projects.

You’ll play a key leadership role, acting as the primary functional authority and ensuring Salesforce solutions are fully aligned with clients’ strategic business objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and supervise the implementation of functional solutions across multi-cloud and strategic programmes (Sales, Service, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau CRM, AI solutions)
  • Act as the primary functional reference on complex or cross-functional projects
  • Facilitate strategic workshops with senior stakeholders to define functional roadmaps
  • Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solution strategies
  • Provide recommendations and validate functional directions
  • Lead and mentor functional teams, supporting capability development
  • Ensure consistency and quality of functional deliverables across all projects
  • Contribute to strategic pre-sales activities and advise clients on optimal solution design
  • Maintain an active technology watch across new Salesforce capabilities and innovations

What you’ll need:

  • Advanced expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds
  • Strong experience delivering complex, strategic Salesforce programmes
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams
  • Deep understanding of business processes and strategic transformation initiatives
  • Strong documentation skills (functional design, solution strategy, governance documentation)
