Role Overview

As a Health Experience Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and engineering the experience layer of a transformative health platform. Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine user journeys within mobile and web platforms, including onboarding, data sharing, and health record visualisations.
• Integrate intelligent systems, embedding AI personalisation, context-awareness, and zero-knowledge security protocols seamlessly into user flows.
• Lead innovative projects such as real-time clinical documentation, health graph visualisation, and advanced consent frameworks.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and SDKs, enabling consistent experiences across partner integrations and future platforms.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership and engineering teams to translate complex health concepts into human-centred interfaces.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven success shipping complete product experiences, preferably within early-stage or innovative sectors.
• Strong systems thinking, combining design, front-end development, and architecture to create resilient, elegant solutions.
• Hands-on experience with mobile development frameworks such as React Native and modern languages like TypeScript.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly through intuitive user interfaces.
• Demonstrated ownership, working independently with high autonomy across the project lifecycle.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Background in product engineering, UX architecture, or data-driven interface design.
• Experience working with real-time data pipelines, privacy-focused frameworks.
