Head of Infrastructure (HFT)

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Infrastructure to guide a small, elite engineering team within a growing hedge fund and drive major initiatives across a hybrid environment. You’ll balance strategic leadership with deep technical involvement, owning everything from CI/CD and networking to hardware performance, compute, data platforms, and security.

This role is ideal for leaders who stay close to the technology and thrive in fast-moving environments.

What you’ll need:

-Several years working in high-performance trading environments, with hands-on experience in similar infrastructure roles
-Proven ability to lead and mentor engineers while still staying close to the technical work
-Strong familiarity with the full lifecycle of HFT systems, from production infrastructure to research tooling
-Solid foundation in operating systems, including low-level Linux concepts and kernel-adjacent mechanisms
