Experienced Aircraft Technician (A220) - Contract

iO Associates is supporting a leading US aircraft completions, modification and MRO business with an upcoming Airbus A220 programme. We are looking to speak with experienced A220 Aircraft Technicians for a long-term onsite contract opportunity.

This role requires proven, practical experience working on the Airbus A220. We are specifically interested in technicians who can bring established type knowledge into the programme and work independently in a quality-led, deadline-driven environment.

The final scope is being confirmed, but work is expected to include aircraft maintenance, modification and installation activity, fault-finding, inspections, functional testing and completion of associated technical documentation.

Required experience:

• Strong, hands-on maintenance experience on Airbus A220 aircraft
• Previous work within a commercial airline, MRO, modification or aircraft completion environment
• Confident interpreting AMMs, work cards, engineering instructions and technical drawings
• Experience working to FAA, OEM and internal quality procedures
• Ability to work independently while supporting a wider programme delivery team

A&P licence, formal A220 type training and recent documented A220 experience would be highly advantageous. Candidates based in the US or Europe will be considered, but must be eligible to work in the United States by the assignment start date.
