Role Summary
In response to ongoing growth and strategic initiatives, Our Client is seeking a dedicated Epic Resolute PB Claims Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This pivotal role is instrumental in enhancing and maintaining their clinical and business systems, ensuring seamless claims processing and data integrity. Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and support of the Epic PB and Claims modules, ensuring accurate configuration aligned with operational needs.
- Investigate root causes of claims discrepancies by analysing upstream and downstream data sources within Epic.
- Maintain and optimise clinical/business systems, supporting system upgrades, enhancements, and new integrations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users, resolving issues efficiently and with a customer-focused approach.
- Develop and execute test plans for system updates, documenting findings and facilitating training for end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimisations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and data security protocols.
- Lead small to medium-sized projects, providing clear direction and effective management from initiation through completion.
Essential Skills & Experience
- A minimum of three years’ relevant experience within a healthcare environment, ideally in multi-entity settings such as hospitals, physician offices, or managed care organisations.
- Proven expertise with Epic Resolute Professional Billing and Claims modules, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Relevant certification or accreditation in PB Claims and Remit is essential; dual certification in Resolute HB and PB is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of clinical workflows and how data flows within healthcare systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in system testing, report creation, and user training.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with network, server, and database concepts.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service and technical support.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Certification in relevant software or systems support.
- Experience with Epic applications beyond the PB and Claims modules, contributing to system-wide optimisations.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing practices, claims processes, and regulatory standards.
- Project management experience, with a focus on system implementations and upgrades.
