Role Summary
As a PB/Charge Router Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our Client’s charge routing processes. This strategic position is essential to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of client transactions and requires a detail-oriented professional with specific charge router certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee charge routing processes and PB (professional billing) processes
• Act as a point of contact for resolving charge routing issues, liaising with relevant teams and stakeholders
• Review and analyse transaction data for accuracy and adherence to compliance standards
• Maintain and update charge router certifications, ensuring ongoing compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Support process improvements and participate in projects to optimise routing efficiency
• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Essential Skills & Experience

• Epic PB (Professional Billing) certification and relevant experience
• Epic Charge Router certifications or relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate complex issues to diverse teams
• Experience working within compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements in healthcare
• Proficient in the use of MS Office tools
