Role Summary
As the Director of ERP Delivery / Practice Lead, you will be instrumental in overseeing high-impact ERP programmes, primarily within the Infor ecosystem. Your leadership will ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of long-term projects, contributing directly to strategic business objectives. This role offers a vital opportunity to shape delivery models, optimise partner relationships, and champion operational excellence at an executive level, all without requiring hands-on system configurations.
Key Responsibilities

• Steer the end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation and managed services projects, ensuring they meet scope, quality, and timeline expectations.
• Develop and oversee delivery frameworks that integrate internal teams, joint ventures, and external partners, including offshore providers.
• Proactively identify potential risks in projects and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
• Serve as the main liaison with executive sponsors, translating organisational goals into actionable project plans and maintaining alignment between all stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with implementation partners and subcontractors, evaluating their performance and ensuring compliance with contractual and quality standards.
• Coordinate staffing, resource planning, and capability development across multiple engagements to meet project demands.
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposal development and scoping, ensuring delivery approaches are practical and executable.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in enterprise software delivery, consulting, or ERP services.
• Demonstrable expertise leading complex ERP projects, with a preference for experience within the Infor ecosystem, including SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, vendors, and partners within diverse programme environments.
• Strong grasp of manufacturing and operational business processes, with the capability to assess technical and functional estimates without detailed system configuration.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.
• Sound understanding of programme governance, risk management, and delivery best practices.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience working within partner-led ecosystem models.
• Knowledge of global delivery models, including offshore and nearshore teams.
• Familiarity with change management and organisational transformation in ERP projects.
• Multilingual skills or international project delivery experience would be an advantage.
