The Role

We’re looking for a Data Product Manager to take ownership of how government data systems are integrated, structured, and leveraged across the platform.

This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and mission impact – ideal for someone who understands government data environments and can translate that into scalable, high-value product capabilities.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the data roadmap, working directly with internal teams and customers, and ensuring data is transformed into actionable insight.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the government data roadmap, aligning priorities with product and business strategy
• Work closely with sales, implementation, and customer teams to understand how data is used in real-world scenarios
• Analyze existing data coverage to identify gaps, overlaps, and expansion opportunities
• Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, systems, and mission needs
• Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure secure, scalable data access and governance
• Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable plans for engineering and data teams

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience working with government data systems or platforms
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis
• Experience operating in data-heavy or technical product environments
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with systems like Advana, JUPITER, or BLADE
• Familiarity with defense acquisition or federal data ecosystems
• Exposure to AI / machine learning / generative AI
• Active or eligible for a U.S. security clearance
