Client Delivery Leader

Key responsibilities include:

• Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.

• Managing project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources, with a focus on risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
• Developing comprehensive reporting dashboards and analytical tools to provide transparency and insight to leadership.
• Identifying opportunities for account growth and collaborating with clients to expand service offerings.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in IT project management, account management, or consultancy within the technology sector.
• Proven success in managing large, multi-team accounts, with a track record of doubling client partnerships or achieving substantial growth.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance metrics, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a closely related discipline.
• Based in Columbus, Ohio, and comfortable with a fully onsite role with regular client engagement.

Preferred but not essential are experience with software delivery leadership, large-scale stakeholder management, or previous exposure to enterprise-level AI or data-driven projects.
