Role Summary

As part of ongoing strategic initiatives, Our Client is seeking a dedicated SyteLine Project Manager to lead critical enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects. This role has been created to support major system upgrades and implementations that are vital to driving operational efficiency and technological advancement. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery, making a tangible impact on the organisation’s future growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of SyteLine ERP projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise project disruptions
• Ensure project documentation and compliance standards are maintained
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams
• Drive continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews and feedback

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing ERP deployment or upgrade projects, preferably with SyteLine or similar platforms
• Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Technical understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are preferred

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain industries
• Knowledge of database management and integration tools
• Experience with change management and training delivery
• Familiarity with Agile or other project methodologies
