About The Role
You will join a small but highly capable Platform Engineering team responsible for building and maintaining the internal platforms, tools, and environments that empower engineering teams and ecosystem developers. This includes cloud infrastructure, CI systems, release tooling, internal services, and mission-critical reliability frameworks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building platforms for others, working across multiple engineering groups, and shaping the foundation of rapidly growing blockchain ecosystems. You will work on high-visibility projects with industry-level impact across a broad, global developer community.
What You Will Do
* Design, build, and maintain internal developer platforms, including CI/CD, release systems, and cloud infrastructure, using languages such as TypeScript, Python, and Rust.
* Write and review code, develop documentation, and create disaster recovery and operational readiness plans.
* Debug complex issues across multiple layers of the stack in live production blockchain environments.
* Design, implement, and deploy new systems that improve throughput, latency, reliability, security, and overall performance across the blockchain and associated services.
* Participate in on-call rotations and serve as an escalation point for production incidents.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to embed reliability and performance best practices within engineering teams.
What We Are Looking For
* 2 or more years of experience in backend or platform/infra engineering.
* Strong experience with at least one of: Python, TypeScript, Rust, C++, PHP.
* Clear, concise communication skills, with an ability to explain complex technical topics simply.
* Passion for developer experience, automation, and platform reliability.
* Experience with cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud environments.
* Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
