You will build and own territories in the Northeast. You’ll be among the first AEs on the team, giving you the opportunity to define how we sell, build your territory from the ground up, and capture meaningful equity upside.
This is a pure hunter role focused on net new logo acquisition in enterprise accounts. If you’ve built territory before and want to do it again with better economics and more ownership, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Build and execute GTM strategy to penetrate enterprise accounts in your territory
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through close and hand off
Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner relationships, and marketing collaboration
Navigate complex stakeholder environments and build champions across organizations
Close $800k+ annually in new business with $143k average deal size and 3-6 month cycles
Engage both technical buyers (data engineers, architects) and business executives (CIO, CDO, CTO)
Partner with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Customer Success to deliver value
Use MEDDICC methodology to qualify, forecast, and advance opportunities
What You Bring
7+ years of enterprise B2B tech sales experience with consistent quota over achievement
Track record building territories, winning new logos, or expanding markets
Experience at high-growth data, analytics, AI, or infrastructure software companies
Strong understanding of MEDDICC or MEDDPICC sales methodology
Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders in complex sales cycles
Hunter mentality with strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills
