James grew up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey until he was 11. He then moved to Virginia Beach, Virginia where he picked up baseball. James played baseball on his HS varsity team in grades 10-12 and won the Virginia state championship in 11th grade. He was always interested in Math so therefore studied Economics at William & Mary before finding his career in recruitment! He started off in the civil engineering industry but moved to Tampa to switch into the Data space with iO Associates.
He is excited to be a part of the team and am looking to help scale the business on the business development side by bringing on new clients and helping service those we already work with!
